STAMFORDHAM RIDEOUT

Hi All
We arranged to meet at 9.30 am, from the south at Durham services and from the north on the A69 just off the A1 to travel to the vintage motor cycle show at Stamfordham. Keith met up with Kev Willis and Bob Dodds and
I met up with Tony and Jackie Laker and Will on the A69. We left about 9.40. heading towards Heddon on the Wall - stopping at the garage for fuel. We rode down the B6318 Military road through sweeping bends turning right at the reservoirs on the B6309 to Stamfordham. After walking around the bikes, meeting up with old friends & talking to possible new friends we decided to leave and ride to Chollerford to the cafe for coffee/tea and food. The weather was good to us only raining once just as we arrived at the show. Thank you to everyone who attended the ride out, yet another great day at the V.S.O.C.
